Organizing and conducting entertainment and football exhibitions to honor the men and women of the military or armed forces; education and entertainment services in the nature of professional football games and exhibitions; providing sports and entertainment information via a global computer network or a commercial on-line computer service or by cable, satellite, television and radio; arranging and conducting athletic competitions, namely, professional football games and exhibitions; live shows featuring football games, exhibitions in the nature of sports and entertainment, sports competitions, music and dance performances, community festivals, sporting and cultural activities and events for fans of a professional football team; all of the foregoing to be provided in connection with professional American football, and not in connection with collegiate athletic and sporting events
