Providing advice and information services in the field of public safety by providing educational seminars, conferences, and online journals, namely, blogs featuring guidance and information to assist emergency responders nationwide with improving public safety communications and interoperability, to improve emergency response providers' inter-jurisdictional and interdisciplinary emergency communications interoperability across local, regional, tribal, State, territorial, international borders, and with Federal government entities, and to address the need to develop better technologies and processes for the coordination of existing communications systems and future networks
