Charitable services, namely, providing temporary shelter for crime victims and homeless youth, and providing care during court proceedings to children of crime victims or witnesses appearing in court on behalf of crime victims

Miscellaneous services, namely, providing assistance to crime victims in the form of practical services such as food, short and long-term counseling, lock changing service, advocacy with the criminal justice system (police and courts), legal assistance, and day care and shelter; Providing public advocacy on behalf of crime victims including informing legislators about programs offered by the applicant and about issues affecting crime victims in order to affect official policies to accommodate victims’ rights; Information services to the public, crime victims, law enforcement and social work professionals, and policy makers about the issues involving crime victimization, violence prevention, the availability of treatment for victims and alternatives to violence
