Education services, namely, providing programs featuring prevocational training, life skills training, parenting skills training, education and literacy training, and vocational training; providing vocational guidance to high-risk young people seeking employment; career counseling, namely, providing advice concerning education options and vocational training options to pursue career opportunities

Youth counseling services, namely, providing life skills counseling and parenting skills counseling concerning intrafamily relationships to high-risk young people; case management services, namely, coordinating personal and social services in the nature of employment counseling, life skills counseling, and parenting skills counseling for high-risk young people
