Administering day-to-day accounting functions, namely, bookkeeping, accounting and internal account audit functions; providing public relations services; employment and human resources services for real property management companies, namely, hiring, supervising, and personnel management of property managers who perform customary property management services with regard to real estate properties owned by other entities; providing reports with respect to the financial status of properties owned by other entities and reviewing and approving marketing plans; provide investor relations information, advice and assistance, namely, the preparation and coordination of annual and quarterly reports to shareholders; public relations services; marketing services, namely, preparing marketing materials and making marketing presentations to the public
