Cigarettes; cigars; loose hemp herbs for smoking purposes; electronic cigarette liquids comprised of hemp oil, namely, hemp flavorings in liquid form other than essential oils; cigarettes containing tobacco substitutes in the nature of hemp not for medical use; all of the foregoing goods containing CBD derived from hemp containing less than 0.3 percent THC and all the hemp goods are derived from those plants containing no more than 0.3percent THC by dry weight basis
