Providing information to the Emergency Department featuring a patient discharging source for follow up care; Providing management services and information to assist the discharge of patients from the Emergency Department, including procedures regarding the scheduling of return appointments to the originating hospital; Providing management services and information to enable and/or ensure Emergency Department obtains payment via secured lien and/or Third Party Administrator; Providing information to patients to assist them with and ensure compliance of follow-up care through discharge procedures; Providing statistical evaluation of performance measures, including but not limited to, data compiling and analysis of statistics for the Emergency Department, that includes the number of discharges received and sent back to the hospital, the number of patients and type of patient services who returned to the hospital for internal hospital services, and the amount of revenue produced for the hospital as a result of using the Revolve 360 System; Providing referral guidance for the patient in order to assist in their return to the originating hospital for additional services; Providing business research elements of patient compliance for post-discharge care; Advisory services on the discharge process and procedures for optimum staff efficiency, ease, and HIPPA compliance as well as patient comfort and compliance to meet standards of care; Advisory services on the advantages of the hospital utilizing the Revolve 360 System discharge procedures; Providing a web site featuring educational information regarding soft tissue/whiplash injury trauma, symptoms, diagnosis, prognosis, treatment options, current research and opinion section, as well as information concerning a HIPPA compliant patient referral mechanism from the Emergency Department to the Injury Recovery Center; Providing the hospital staff a training program for the use and benefits of the Revolve 360 System
