REVERSE FLIP

Reverse Flip is a strategy created by William Denis for the purpose of real estate investing. This strategy allows for loss mitigation, purchasing the deed or interest to said property and negotiating the debt, or title related issues in order to increase the marketability of said property for the purposes of resale. Sometimes the property may have wholesaling applications, subject too financing applications, creative investing application.
