Providing a hall of fame museum for outstanding individuals and horses related to the sport of reining; [ education services, namely, training in the fields of basic fundamentals of agriculture, humane animal practices and the sport of reining; ] publication of printed literature [ ; providing a youth training program for youth reining horse riders ]
