Equipment monitoring system that aggregates several data points into a report from all spray rigs at all locations within an identified geographic area, namely, fluid temperatures, fluid flow, and fluid pressures at inlets, outlets, and spray gun, fluid component mix ratios, hours of spray time, travel hours, miscellaneous hours, alerts and incidents, equipment failures, breakdowns, percent of sales, production, safety, compliance, and maintenance targets and goals achieved, cost overages or underages, material usage overages or underages, labor overages or underages, material yield, equipment maintenance performed, equipment temps, environmental and ambient temperature, humidity, substrate temperature, generator run time, air compressor run time, compliance with application standards, manufacturer certifications, and company guidelines collected by the monitoring hardware and produces an overall real-time performance report or for any specific time period identified by the user
