Clothing and headwear, namely, shirts, sweatshirts, hoodies, jackets, jerseys, socks, scarves, hats, caps, shorts, sweatpants, pants, and knitwear in the nature of sweaters, all of the foregoing sold as promotional items in connection with college level sporting events; all of the foregoing not relating to professional baseball or softball or to a professional baseball or softball team, league, mascot or stadium

Entertainment services, namely, providing college level sport exhibition events, competitions, games and recreation programs excluding professional baseball; educational services, namely, providing college level courses of instruction in sports, fitness and exercise, excluding professional baseball; providing a website containing news and information relating to sports and recreation events, namely, game schedules, media guides in the nature of sports-related press kits, sports ticket sales, and statistics and other entertainment information; all of the foregoing not relating to professional baseball or softball or to a professional baseball or softball team, league, mascot or stadium
