Reflexx RLT is a training tool that incorporates reactionary training to improve the athlete's speed and agility. Simulate game day situations that require split second decision making. Fully customizable: user programs both the colors and interval time to fit the training needs. System includes: 5 lights with mounting disks, chargers, hand held controller and carrying case. Prolonged Use: Battery life: 30 hours, 3 hour charging time - Efficiency: able to charge all lights simultaneously with one charger. Functionality: indoor/outdoor use.
