Maintaining a registry of independent, board certified, residency and/or fellowship trained state licensed physicians concerned about authenticity and classical standards in medical care, to help stem the tide of the takeover of traditional medicine by advanced practice nurses and physician assistants; providing online marketing information in the nature of a registry for patients desiring to find a physician meeting the following criteria, namely, American medical school graduate, independent physicians or physician groups that have completion of an accredited residency and/or fellowship approved by the ACGME (Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education), unrestricted state medical license, and permanent and current board certification by a member board of the ABMS (American Board of Medical Specialties); providing meeting or scheduling services in the nature of patient appointment scheduling with a physician from a registry of independent, board certified, residency and/or fellowship trained state licensed physicians concerned about authenticity and classical standards in medical care, to help stem the tide of the takeover of traditional medicine by advanced practice nurses and physician assistants, wherein the initial clinical visit and ever third follow-up visit is conducted in person
