Real Estate Lawyers is a name for Lawyers who are also real estate brokers and therefore able to charge fees differently. Instead of charging the normal hourly legal fee for real estate work, we share in the commissions with the seller broker. REL attorneys are different than normal real estate brokers as thy can prepare real estate documents and interpret thier meaning for clients.
