Providing educational scholarships for at-risk youths in an effort to mitigate the rate of high-school dropout

Educational services, namely, boarding schools and educational training, namely, providing courses of instruction at the grade-school and high-school levels for at-risk youths in an effort to mitigate the rate of high school dropout; providing academic education, namely, providing courses of instruction at the grade-school and high-school levels, remedial education, namely, teaching in the field of remedial reading and mathematics, alternative learning programs, namely, providing classroom instruction at the grade-school and high-school levels, apprenticeships in the fields of construction, information technology, computer repair, manufacturing, agriculture, the culinary arts, and automotive equipment, and training, namely, providing vocational guidance and training in the use of computers, for at-risk youths; providing education in the nature of classes, seminars, and workshops and training for at-risk youths in the fields of construcion, information technology, computer repair, manufacturing, agriculture, the culinary arts, and automotive equipment; providing vocational training in the fields of construction, information technology, computer repair, manufacturing, agriculture, the culinary arts, and automotive equipment for at-risk youths
