non-medicated skin care preparations, namely, creams, lotions, salves in the nature of non-medicated herbal body care products, non-medicated skin balms and cleaners containing cannabidiol (CBD); non-medicated face, body, and skin lotions containing cannabidiol (CBD); non-medicated face, body, and skin soaps containing cannabidiol (CBD); non-medicated face, body and skin moisturizers containing cannabidiol (CBD); non-medicated face, body, and skin washes containing cannabidiol (CBD); non-medicated skin care preparations, namely, creams, lotions, salves in the nature of non-medicated herbal body care products, non-medicated skin balms and cleaners; non-medicated face, body, and skin lotions; non-medicated face, body, and skin soaps; non-medicated face, body and skin moisturizers; non-medicated face, body, and skin washes, any CBD in the goods being solely derived from hemp with a delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) concentration of not more than 0.3 percent on a dry weight basis
