Computer software for use with a C# integrated development environment for the authoring of C# computer programs using a rule and fact based paradigm, aiding the author with abstracting the problem into C# classes that represent the rules and facts of the system so that the code automatically executes when the conditions of the rule classes are satisfied that may be downloaded from a global computer network
