Education and training services, namely, seminars, webinars, workshops and coaching to provide analysis, insight, education and information about the effect, treatment and progression of rare diseases for the purpose of helping to improve and expand research into specific diseases, helping to remove impediments blocking patients' access to diagnoses and treatments, helping to improve patient outcomes, helping to develop innovative therapeutic alternatives, and helping to educate all stakeholders in the rare disease community about the most important policy issues confronting the rare disease community
