A downloadable, uploadable, or hosted digital visualization, representation, or sensatory experience, including two dimensional (2D), three dimensional (3D), four dimensional (4D), video, or immersive or interactive formats, that represent people, pets, objects, or environments, whether stylized or realistic, produced from a 3D scanning, 3D modeling or AI-generative process, which may include biometric data, measurements, articulation, animation, movement, sounds and enhancements, and which may otherwise be referred to as an avatar, 3D photograph, digital double, radiance field, hologram, 3D model, gaussian splat, biometric data set, or 3D visualization.
