Educational services, namely, arranging and conducting training workshops and certification courses designed to educate and train mental health professionals, educators, alcohol and drug counselors, social workers, school administrators, faith-based leaders, human resources professionals, law enforcement officers, healthcare professionals, managers, clergy, first responders, family members, and other community leaders on working with the LGBTQIA2+ population; Educational services, namely, conducting classes, seminars, conferences, workshops for helping professionals, educators, parents, and community members in the field of LGBTQIA2+ information with the goal of developing cultural sensitivity and proficiency towards LGBTQIA2+ populations, raising awareness of the diversity within the LGBTQIA2+ community, and presenting strategies for effective care and supportive dialogue; Providing educational courses and training for parents, family members, and peers pertaining to challenges experienced by LGBTQIA2+ populations with the goal of educating course participants on theories of identity formation and presenting current research on the impact of hate and discrimination, and providing course participants with practical resources; Providing educational services, namely, conducting classes, seminars, conferences, workshops in the field of LGBTQIA2+ critical issues and personal biases with the goal of promoting the development of informed advocates for the LGBTQIA2+ community
