The Platform homogenizes Data Center operational data streams related, but not limited, to cross-connects, external circuits, billing data and billing disputes, power usage and management, security management functions, fault management and trouble ticketing, billing dispute management, equipment and circuit inventory, environmental (HVAC) functions, Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) reporting, contract management, regulatory compliance by customers and data center operators, service order placement and tracking. The software platform can also provide insights regarding the functions represented by the data streams listed above, as well as generating specific reports on those functions.
