get out the voter outreach services relating to direct outreach to voters, namely, providing information by means of contacting potential voters to inform them how and when to vote, how to register to vote and explaining the voting process, providing information regarding political issues, news, and commentary in the field of election campaigns, promoting public awareness of elections and election issues, including by means of calls, mailers, literature drops and other voter outreach activities

providing free, roundtrip transportation for people to vote; providing transportation for people with disabilities to vote as permitted by law; and providing transportation of persons to assist people in obtaining ID's to vote
