Educational services, namely, acquiring an understanding of the Commissioning Process through education and demonstrating a minimum level of understanding of the Commissioning Process through an examination, albeit without the professional experience required for obtaining other Commissioning Process Certifications which will allow the candidate to implement the Commissioning Process for five years in order to meet the requirements for one of the three professional practice certifications
