Software as a service (SAAS) featuring computer software platforms for use in facilitating communications during an urgent incident, such as a medical event, person-to-person confrontation, emergency or other crisis, including empowering onsite users to report quick and accurate information directly to first responders and system administrators, enabling first responders to determine and provide appropriate, proportional, and responsive assistance timely, and providing a system for collecting data regarding the disposition of the incident for analysis, once the incident is resolved or the urgency decreased, directed toward further improving communications among onsite users and first responders, and more responsive, effective assistance from first responders and administrators
