Sports training services, namely, organizing, arranging, and conducting rowing programs for children and adults; providing tutoring services for children involved in rowing programs in the fields of English, math, science, social studies, and college prep; providing sports facilities for rowing events; providing sports camp services for rowing; organizing and conducting sporting events for the purpose of helping high school seniors earn college scholarships in rowing; charitable services, namely, coordinating recreational and competitive rowing opportunities for underserved youth in New York City
