PSOAS STRAP

A strap used just above the knees to relieve pain in the lower back caused by a tight psoas and associated muscle groups such as the Iliotibial band. The strap is tightened until the knees are hip width apart or touching each other. The strap is adjustable and is attached and released by a plastic side release buckle
