Educational services, namely, all of the following: Educational services in the nature of offerings associated with operating primary and secondary schools, namely, courses of instruction at the primary and secondary school levels; Providing courses of instruction that include, but are not limited to, courses in the fields of math, science, English, social studies, history, geography, foreign languages, vocational and technical education, art, music, physical education, gifted and talented education, English language learner education, special education, and related fields at the primary and secondary school levels; Conducting classes, seminars, conferences, and workshops in the fields of math, science, English, social studies, history, geography, foreign languages, vocational and technical education, art, music, physical education, gifted and talented education, English language learner education, special education, and related fields at the primary and secondary school levels; Offering and obtaining school, attendance, instructional, and coursework records and transcripts on behalf of and related to students associated with primary and secondary schools; Developing, arranging, offering, and conducting educational programs in the fields of math, science, English, social studies, history, geography, foreign languages, vocational and technical education, art, music, physical education, gifted and talented education, English language learner education, special education, and related fields at the primary and secondary school levels; Conducting and offering online educational and informational programs related to coursework, course participation, and interactive educational programs in the fields of math, science, English, social studies, history, geography, foreign languages, vocational and technical education, art, music, physical education, gifted and talented education, English language learner education, special education, and related fields at the primary and secondary school levels; Providing educator continuing and certification education programs; Distribution of course materials in connection with both traditional and online educational offerings at the primary and secondary school levels, all of which are provided in connection with the aforementioned courses of instruction at the primary and secondary school levels; Providing online database services for parents to monitor their child's academic performance and to facilitate communication with educators by providing a database featuring contact information for the educators and student performance information for parents, teachers and students; Providing a learning and innovation supported educational environment to assist and encourage students in planning and preparing for work, careers and further education, namely, providing education facilities featuring career and college counseling concerning education options and vocational guidance services; Providing intramural and interscholastic athletic events, physical activities, physical education services, artistic exhibitions, and live entertainment performance opportunities; Organizing, sanctioning, conducting, regulating and conducting intramural and interscholastic athletic events, programs, and activities; Providing after-school educational, athletic, artistic and entertainment performance programs for students at the primary and secondary school levels; Providing educational testing and assessment services at the primary and secondary school levels
