Software as a service (SAAS) services featuring software for generating mortgage loan documents for mortgage lenders based on data obtained from the mortgage lender which includes at least in part data provided to the lender by the borrower(s), namely, software for receiving a mortgage loan data set from a lender for a particular loan and loan type, performing audit checks of the received data set to verify compliance with applicable national, state, and local regulations and standards for the particular loan type, informing the lender of missing or erroneous data, and generating mortgage loan documents that meet and comply with the applicable regulations and standards for the particular loan type ultimately for delivery by the lender to the borrower(s), the foregoing SAAS services used exclusively by mortgage lenders prior to the closing process of a mortgage loan
