Promoting awareness among media and entertainment companies and their executives of issues involving ethnic and gender diversity in the media and entertainment industries; promoting and conducting exhibitions and tradeshows for business purposes featuring ethnically and gender diverse content and content creators for the media and entertainment industries to promote diversity in those industries; providing business support staff services for ethnically and gender diverse content and content creators in the media and entertainment industries to promote diversity in those industries, and expressly excluding issues relating to immigration, immigration reform, immigrants, migrants, refugees, asylum-seekers, bias based on religion, and immigration status

Charitable services, namely, providing financial support of ethnically and gender diverse content and content creators in the media and entertainment industries to promote diversity in those industries and expressly excluding issues relating to immigration, immigration reform, immigrants, migrants, refugees, asylum-seekers, bias based on religion, and immigration status

Educational services, namely, providing live and on-line classes exclusively for media and entertainment companies and professionals, featuring ethnically and gender diverse content and content creators from the media and entertainment industries to promote diversity in those industries, and expressly excluding issues relating to immigration, immigration reform, immigrants, migrants, refugees, asylum-seekers, bias based on religion, and immigration status
