Providing emotional counseling for victims of crime, violence, and emotional, sexual, and physical abuse; providing counseling services for victims of crime, violence, and emotional, sexual, and physical abuse to help them identify problems with respect to their situation and suggesting services that are available and other ways in which they can change their situation
