Charitable services, namely, procurement of emergency and temporary housing for those experiencing homelessness; Providing temporary accommodation in the nature of providing general purpose facilities for mentoring, information and referral services and for access to social and community services for individuals experiencing financial hardship and individuals experiencing homelessness
