Recorded computer software for use by instructors, supervisors, and administrators at guide services, mountain resorts, and destination-based instructional or guided activity programs, enabling scheduling, class management, guest interaction, performance tracking, and activity planning; not for use in general-purpose business, document handling, developer tooling, or contact management applications.

Educational services, namely, conducting training sessions and programs in the field of skill assessment frameworks, scheduling workflows, and instructional planning tools for instructional and guided experiences such as skiing, snowboarding, mountain biking, and climbing; not for use in academic, fitness certification, or formal licensure contexts.

Providing temporary use of on-line non-downloadable software for use by instructors, supervisors, and administrators at guide services, mountain resorts, and destination-based instructional or guided activity programs, enabling class scheduling, guest assessment, communication, and instructional planning through a cloud-managed interface; not for use in document management, software development tools, QR-code generation, or digital business card platforms.
