Chemical additive, namely, polarized refrigerant oil additive (PROA), that is especially designed to improve the efficiency of air-conditioners, chillers, heat pumps, and refrigeration systems, which coats the metal surface of a compressor with a film that is one molecule thick and increases the lubricating ability of the refrigerant oil and displaces the build-up of oil in condenser and evaporator coils resulting in savings in energy consumption, reduced maintenance and extended life of the equipment
