Institutional holding company services, namely, providing common ownership, common financial control and reporting of several institutions engaged in insurance and financial services involving the provision of credit risk solutions, and engaging in the financial activities of a holding company for such institutions, excluding holding company services and financial activities related thereto in the area of commercial automotive and consumer automotive financing, and excluding the provision of private equity capital through investment partnerships
