Education services, namely, providing classes, seminars, workshops and conferences in the fields of health, wellness and disease education and distributing course materials in connection therewith; education services, namely, providing classes, seminars, workshops and conferences in the fields of general business and regulatory education for physicians and distributing course materials in connection therewith

Physician services, and disease and case management services in the nature of services rendered in Medical Doctor or Doctor of Osteopathy offices, and services provided under direction of physicians to systemically and comprehensively identify disease and coordinate care to improve health and quality of life provided to commercial private or employer funded insurance beneficiaries, and to Medicare, Medicaid and other government entitlement program beneficiaries
