Promoting public awareness of environmental issues related to preservation and protection of the Sawtooth National Recreation Area; promoting support for the Sawtooth National Recreation Area, namely, organizing and conducting volunteer programs and community service projects aimed at increasing support for the area, organizing and conducting charity auctions for charitable fundraising purposes to increase support for the area; enlisting volunteers to help rehabilitate the Sawtooth National Recreation Area's infrastructure, namely, recruitment and placement of volunteers in the field of environmental conservation; providing lobbying services to assist in the acquisition of development rights on private property within the Sawtooth National Recreation Area, namely, commercial lobbying services, promoting the interests of people concerned with inconspicuous land development in the Sawtooth National Recreation Area and legislation and regulation related thereto
