Charitable services, namely, providing books, electronics in the nature of televisions, educational materials in the nature of collectible books, magazines, photos, cards, memorabilia and toys in the nature of still-usable goods collected from discards bound for community landfills to local needy, underprivileged and at-risk persons and to local community organizations supporting needy, underprivileged and at-risk persons
