Providing energy efficiency loans; providing extended warranties on appliances; providing investment advisory services and commodity trading advisory services; developing and financing solar energy power projects; developing and financing water purification and desalinization projects; providing brokerage services with respect to oil, gas, electricity, and related energy commodities; providing shareholder services; providing financing for oil, gas, electrical and related energy commodities; providing financial risk management services, for and to others; providing and arranging for long-term supply contracts for the delivery or transmission of natural gas, oil, natural gas liquids, liquefied petroleum gas, petrochemicals and/or refined petroleum products;
