POWERTHERM DIRECTCHILL

A stationary system for use in buildings, the system comprising a microturbine and an absorption chiller, and a piping system for carrying the exhaust gases from the microturbine to the absorption chiller, to heat or chill water in the absorption chiller. The system can simultaneously generate electricity, hot water or chilled water for building systems and loads. The absorption chiller also includes an internal burner system for providing emergency chilled or hot water loads
