Charitable services, namely, providing emotional support services for Black/African American women in California by means of social/emotional support circles, town hall, workshops, community events; Organizing and conducting support groups in the field of mental health, violence prevention, maternal and infant health, and other health issues, impacting black women; Providing emotional counseling and emotional support services for California's 1.2 million black women and girls
