Financial investment services, namely, providing financial advice that employs the concept of navigation to the task of managing a portfolio of securities from what its value is at any given point in time to what its value needs to be at some time in the future (the destination), including periodically changing the asset allocation when the portfolio value increases or decreases enough to require a new heading called an internal rate of return to be calculated that will discount the desired destination value to the present value of the assets and investing the portfolio assets accordingly
