The poll book is used for validating that a voter is qualified to vote. ContentActive uses electronic Poll Books (ePollBooks) during elections as a service for validating voters before they are allowed to cast their vote. The ePollBook provides a ballot that gives the voter the information they need to enter into the voting machine used to cast their vote
