POLICE JIU JITSU

Police Jiu Jitsu is a hybrid grappling martial art designed to teach non-lethal hand-to-hand combat for police, military, tactical, and self-defense application. Techniques are drawn from European Greco Roman Wrestling, American Freestyle Wrestling, Japanese Judo, and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. PJJ includes a detailed instructional standardized curriculum, educational literature, other written educational materials, online courses, video series, in person seminars, gym accreditation, instructor certification, and hosting of competition tournaments
