Entertainment services, namely, an on-going episodic production series featuring an annual television show with programming focused on recognizing the philanthropic efforts of sports celebrities and/or athletes, including, but not limited to, professional tennis players, basketball players, football players, baseball players, hockey players, soccer players, and golfers, delivered to viewers via traditional and new media outlets, namely, cable television, broadcast television, satellite television, internet distribution platforms, and video-on-demand services; Entertainment services, namely, production and distribution of television shows to television stations and other broadcast mediums for display to the public
