Providing workshops, classes and events in the nature of seminars in the fields of leadership development, community engagement, and philanthropy to encourage empowerment among Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender and Queer (LGBTQ) people of color; community outreach services, namely, providing information, news and commentary in the field of current events relating to Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender and Queer (LGBTQ) people of color; educational services in the nature of workshops, lectures, programs and classes in the field of youth development featuring positive leadership and skills building opportunities for innovation and mobilization of youth visibility; arranging, organizing, conducting, and hosting social entertainment events
