Marketing, advertising and promoting the goods and services of others in the field of travel, namely, providing information, primarily by telephone and email, regarding pet-friendly hotels, airlines and cruise ships and their respective policies and procedures, country-by-country quarantine and vaccination requirements, pet boarding facilities, pet grooming facilities and services, pet sitting facilities and services, veterinarians and veterinary facilities and hospitals, medical emergency pet evacuations, unaccompanied pet transport carriers and their policies and procedures, and services providing assistance with the recovery of lost pets, grief counseling for lost or deceased pets and/or the return of the mortal remains of deceased pets, to existing customers of Assist America's travel assistance services who are travelling with their pets, domestically and abroad

Hotels and RestaurantsProviding 24 hour a day, 7 day a week access to information and assistance identifying and making reservations at pet friendly hotels, airlines and cruise ships and understanding and complying with their respective policies and procedures, country-by-country quarantine and vaccination requirements, pet boarding facilities, pet grooming facilities and services, veterinarians and veterinary facilities and hospitals, veterinary referrals, medical emergency pet evacuations, unaccompanied pet transport carriers and their policies land procedures, arranging for and/or assistance with the obtaining and/or refilling of pet medications, the recovery of lost pets, grief counseling for their lost or deceased pets, and the return of the mortal remains of deceased pets, to existing customers of Assist America's travel assistance services who are travelling with their pets domestically and abroad
