Corporate training services, namely, public speaking and leadership skills, personal and group motivation, business etiquette, interpersonal communication skills, and business writing; conducting seminars, group discussions, personal and group consultations, web seminars and conferencing pertaining to public speaking and leadership skills, personal and group motivation, business etiquette, interpersonal communication skills, and business writing, using or utilizing organizational development and consulting books, manuals, pamphlets, and newsletters in both hard copy and electronic form; and teaching materials such as prerecorded audio and video CDs and DVDs; and posters and laminated charts ditributed in connection therewith
