Educational services, namely, providing courses of instruction at the primary and secondary levels, along with providing athletic programs offering coaching and training for student-athletes with a focus on soccer and other sports, and assisting student-athletes in preparing for and obtaining placement in professional academies and collegiate and university athletic programs.
