Charitable services, namely, providing educational parental training in the field of literacy skills, numeracy skills, school readiness, parenting skills, social-emotional and cognitive skills and skills to enhance the home learning environment to low income, underserved and under-resourced parents and similarly situated home-based child care providers; Education services, namely, conducting informal programs, trainings, workshops, and activities in the nature of programs for parents, families, and home-based child care providers in the field of school readiness; Education services, namely, providing educational parental training programs, live and online educational opportunities in the nature of programs and trainings for parents, home-based child care visiting staff and home-based child care providers, and providing education counseling and workshops, all in the field of literacy and numeracy skills, school readiness, improved language, literacy, and school readiness skills, and creating an enhanced home learning environment
