Software as a service (SAAS) services featuring software for checking the accuracy of information, math calculations, footnote references, template conformity, opening and closing balances, equity and income balances, conformity to custom rules and requirements, and for correcting typographical errors, grammar and language for use solely by independent certified public accountants who provide independent auditing services and in connection with the review of audited financial statements to be issued and certified by such independent certified public accountants; none of the foregoing for use by institutional investors or in the field of investment portfolio management
